JamPlay Review:

Very High Quality Video
Well Designed Course
Affordable Pricing
Great Support

We would like to thank the people over at JamPlay for allowing us access to the site for the purpose of this review.

JamPlay is a new comer to the world of guitar lessons online. Unlike many other guitar lessons products JamPlay isn't a one time download or a product that is shipped. JamPlay truly offers guitar instruction online. The video quality of the lessons is amazing. The site is very well designed and really easy to navigate. We checked the site several times over a one month period and it appears that new content is added quite often.

If you aren't quite ready for private lessons or if you are on a budget and just want to try learning guitar without shelling out a lot of money JamPlay might be a great option for getting started with the guitar. You can become a member of JamPlay for only $19.95. There are over 25+ hours of lessons and JamPlay also offers users content updates, instructor feedback and an impressive full money back guarantee.

JamPlay starts you out in three phases.

Phase One: Beginners
Phase Two: Genre Teaching
Phase Three: Learning Songs

There are multiple instructors for each section and each phase offers a wealth of information. The videos presented on JamPlay are of amazing quality and we were very impressed. The instructors are very well spoken and speak at a pace that is easy to understand. There is a members forum as well as a chord library that is included with the membership.. JamPlay also gives progress reports and the video Q&A is really helpful. The problem with many guitar courses that you download or any video course is that you can't ask questions. With JamPlay you can and this is very helpful to anyone learning guitar for the first time.

We give JamPlay the thumbs up. Killer site at an affordable price. If you try JamPlay please come back and let us know your thoughts!

I thought about playing guitar and over youtube I came across this site. After one free sample lesson I started a monthly subscription. The videos teach you alot for any skill level, and they are just like private lessons except at home. If you want to learn guitar in your free time, I HIGHLY recommend JamPlay.com

JamPlay Review:

I found this course via YouTube. Man after 1 rock lesson with Brad Heneke I was sold and signed up immediately for a year on February 17, 2008! At that time there was a good amount of lessons (about 3k minutes) and I figured I'd take my time and go through all of them then they have added several very accomplished instructors, and they now sport nearly 9k minutes of video lessons! They are developing an interactive resource (top secret at the moment) that I've had the opportunity to preview and I tell you it's going to blow the members away!

The instructors truly care about your progress and actively answer questions in the forum, in live chat, and via video Q&A. When I started, I had a few chords under my belt and could strum. Now I'm finger picking, using barre chords, practicing blues and learning oodles of scales. It just depends on what I feel like learning on which guitar that day. The community is a lot of fun. Many helpful members are active on the forums and in the chat room. Good humor abounds at Jamplay. :o) It was a good day when I found Jamplay.

JamPlay is the best online guitar lessons. I had joined other online courses but they didn't feel complete to me. JamPlay is complete.. from the way the website is designed. Easy to navigate, the teachers are fantastic and seem to enjoy what they do and are there to answer our questions. Its a very friendly place. Its starts from guitar basics to the advance stuff. I can not say enough about JamPlay. I Love It! ROCK ON JAMPLAY!  I give it 100 stars if I could.

I was a member of this site for about 3 months. Learned some really cool things from the videos. I really liked the site but I cancled my membership after I went through all of the lessons that interested me. Maybe I will join again down the road some day.

The pros: great video quality, good instructors, nice site, very affordable. The cons: you can get through all of the content pretty fast, not much on theory or music reading.

The JamPlay site is awesome and it's only $20 to join. I have been a member now for 3 months and I love it. I have even made a few friends through the site. The videos are great and so far they have been adding new content pretty frequently. I'm really happy I joined their site.

Jamplay.com rocks. I love my membership. It's really inexpensive and the lessons and videos are very high quality. There is only a small monthly fee and I can cancel my membership at anytime. I would recommend Jamplay to anyone that wants to start learning to play guitar.

Thank for this site--I found jamplay through this and so far I am really enjoying my lessons.  I am a beginner and have found Jamplay's lesson approach to be very easy and informative.  They give you what you need to know and practice, plus extras to make it fun as well as serious.  Other teachers in my area charge anywhere from $50 to $75.00 a month, and I can get unlimited Jamplay for $20.  Thanks so much for including Jamplay in your review site.

So far I have no complaints about my membership to the JamPlay website. If there is one thing I could complain about it's that the members forum isn't quite as active as I thought it might be but from what I understand the site is pretty new. The instructors are all pretty good and the video quality of the lessons is great. I would recommend this site to anyone that wan't to learn guitar and is on a tight budget.

JamPlay Review:

I got a membership to JamPlay last month and for the most part it's a pretty impressive site. The video quality is excellent and everything is shot in great lighting and the use really good camera angles so you can really see what the instructors are doing. I was hoping they would cover a few more styles but the site seems to be updated quite a bit and I have only been a member for about a month. If they keep adding new and fresh content and lessons I defiantly won't have a problem paying $20 a month for the membership. If they don't add some more lessons by the time I get through the lessons that are already there I might not renew my membership but so far I think it's a great deal for the money.

JamPlay Review:

I found JamPlay while visiting another review site for guitar lessons. They didn't have a review for it just a banner. I did some searches on google looking for a review and found this site. I have since bought a membership to jamplay.com and I think it's is more then worth the $20 a month they charge. Videos are awesome and the content is great. I do wish they would add a few more heavy metal songs to the list of songs you can learn but I'm trying not to get caught up in learning other peoples songs. I want to know more music theory and chords and right now for my budget jamplay is working out great. Hope this review was helpful and good luck.

Very cool site. I am glad I joined JamPlay. I was skeptical at first because I couldn't find many other people that have tried it but I feel it's definitely worth the money. I would offer a better review but the reviews on this site pretty well describe the members area. You can't go wrong for $20 a month. That's a lot cheaper then anything else I have seen. You can feel free to post this review on your site. Thanks, Mike

JamPlay Review:

JamPlay is a great resource for learning guitar online. It guess it doesn't compare to private lessons but they offer an awful lot of lessons and really neat features in the members area. I already play a bit. Well I know a few chords anyway but I have really enjoyed some of the video lessons on the site. It's very well put together and fairly easy to learn songs. It's only $20 to join so until I can afford a better course it will work for me.

JamPlay Review:

I found JamPlay after visiting this site. What a find. I signed up for a one month membership for $19.95. They have really put together an amazing site full of guitar lessons, videos and tons of other resources. Very easy to understand everything and the video lessons they have on the site are very good quality. I like the way they slow the videos down at points to show you the exact fingering for each lesson. Compared to the price of some courses this is a bargain.

Wow. I didn't expect so much content for the $20 it cost to signup. This is a really neat site. Some of the lessons are a little above my playing right now but I would recommend this site to anyone that has been playing for a while. Maybe not the best for a beginner but I'm a happy member!
